A2 · Respond automatically

AI sends the response itself when confidence clears the threshold. Every send is logged and reversible.

A3 · Create workflow/action

AI responds and raises the operational record — workflow, task or request — against the building.

A4 · Execute approved actions

AI executes pre-approved operational actions (dispatch, document release, contractor notification) inside policy limits.
