An owner or occupier must not park a vehicle on common property other than in a designated visitor space, for more than 24 hours.

An owner may keep one small dog under 14kg or one indoor cat with written approval of the owners corporation, not to be unreasonably withheld. Animals must be carried in common areas.

Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited on common property and on balconies where smoke may drift into other lots.
